Shipping Costs

All orders are charged in Euro (EUR €). The currency conversion will estimate the total cost in your local currency, however you will be charged in EUR €.

Delivering Your Order

9INE provides worldwide delivery.
Please note that 9INE does not operate on public holidays.

Expected Delivery Time

Orders within Europe arrive in 2–5 days. Orders to the rest of the world take 1–2 weeks, unless customs holds them up, for example to ask for more information about the buyer.*

Custom made orders may take up to 14-21 business days.

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

International Taxes

The customer is responsible for any/all custom or import charges. Please contact our customer service team regarding any shipment or import charges.

Orders to Türkiye

We ship to Türkiye, but you handle customs yourself and pay the duties and fees on delivery. Parcels that are refused or left at customs are not refunded.
